Sinclair Gardens is a prominent new housing development, consisting of over 300 homes, located to the south of Edinburgh in the Mid Lothian region. MW Groundworks was contracted to turf the areas surrounding each property as they were completed, in advance of new homeowners taking possession. Our skilled team ensured that the turfing was carried out to the highest standards, setting the stage for a welcoming outdoor environment.
In addition to the turfing, our team undertook the planting of trees and shrubs throughout the Sinclair Gardens development. The careful selection and placement of trees and shrubs were carried out with both aesthetics and environmental sustainability in mind.
Continuing from our landscaping efforts, we are also currently under contract to maintain the development and gardens located at the showhomes, serving as a showcase for prospective buyers
