Riverside Primary School, situated just north of Perth city, is a brand new institution that sets new standards in education and sustainability. As the first school in Perth and Kinross to achieve the prestigious Passivhaus standard, it places energy-saving measures at the heart of its design. Roberton, a prominent construction company, recognised the significance of this project and contracted MW Groundworks to play a crucial role in ensuring the school’s surroundings were as exceptional as its architectural design.

We removed various shrubs that had encountered behavioural issues. This initial step was pivotal in ensuring the safety and aesthetics of the school’s outdoor spaces. Following the shrub removal, our team also undertook the laying of turf, creating inviting and functional spaces for both students and staff to enjoy.
